I purchased your product through an online retailer and they will not accept a return. What do I do?

If your place of purchase is unwilling or unable to assist you, we may be able to help.

If your questions are related to returning your product for a refund, you must contact your place of purchase to proceed. If the seller is a direct Bilstein distributor and you have a copy of your original proof of purchase, we may be able to direct you to the correct individual to assist you.
